The Brief
A three-person engineering team was shipping UI faster than any design language could keep up with, and the product was starting to visibly disagree with itself.
The Approach
I worked from real shipped screens backward into a token set and a small, opinionated component library, documented for developers to extend without design review on every screen.
The Outcome
New screens started shipping consistent by default, and the design system doc became the team's shared reference for what the product looks like.
